Leadership Contemplation:

INDIVIDUAL & TEAM: Leadership is about having a significant positive impact and working within a community toward a common goal. Two essential elements must exist:

Differentiation - each individual identifies their unique qualities and core values
Communion - respect and support of each members' contribution to create wholeness

In order for an effective team to exist, the integrity of the individual must be strong. Each team player must be clear in his or her own personal core values, and how they differ from others and yet align with the organization's core values. When these things are in play, and direction is made clear, hope emerges from the hearts and minds of everyone involved.
